Yes folks it is true. In India it seems anything is possible. If Delhi being the global rape capital wasn’t enough, Indians never stop throwing surprises at us! Indian Children should be taught manners, not sexology.
This book was taught in schools which follow India’s Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) syllabus.
In addition to listing the ideal body proportions of a woman, the book goes on to say that “the bones of hips of females are wider and their knees are slightly apart. Due to this shape, females are not able to run properly”.
One should question India’s educational authorities about what message are they really trying to give young children through this?
And no, this is not the first time that Indian textbooks have created controversy!
Just last year a row erupted in Maharashtra state over a school textbook that said “ugly” and “handicapped” brides had led to a rise in dowries being claimed by groom’s family.
If this is the quality of education in India than no wonder India’s capital Delhi also holds the privilege of being the Global Rape Capital!
